-Enter only the first 3-4 characters of your postcode (e.g., SW1, M15) for privacy.
-Listing just your city is too broad—postcode helps clients find local services.
Step 2: Optimise Your Listing for More Clients
Name Your Business Smartly
🚫 Avoid generic names like “Cleaning Services” Instead, personalise it:
If unsure, use Your Name + Service (e.g., “Maria’s Home Help” or “JANvertise Cleaning”)
Write a Strong, Detailed Description
-Be specific about your services! Example: “I provide deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and regular home cleaning services. With 5+ years of experience, I take pride in keeping homes spotless! Eco-friendly products available upon request.” 🚫 Avoid: “I clean houses. Contact me.”
-New to the business? Highlight your dedication!
“I may be new, but I’m passionate about delivering top-quality service!”
Step 3: Make It Easy for Clients to Contact You
Add at least one contact method:
-Phone number / WhatsApp
-Email
-Social media/Website
🚫 Don’t make it difficult for clients to reach you! Listings without contact details often get ignored.
Photos are Key!
- Humans are naturally drawn to images. If your listing is dull or blank, it WILL be skipped.
- You only need one photo—this makes your listing stand out immediately.
- If you have more images, consider adding a social media link where clients can see more of your work.
